Will the transgressors ever pay for these and endless other war crimes that have distorted the whole world, that have crushed human rights along with humans, crushed lives and crushed societies--crushed humanity itself? These transgressions have touched the hearts of virtually everyone on earth in one way or another. They have crushed the heart of the human race and human liberty and severely warped the trajectory of human development, negatively altering the twisting course of civilization on earth. We all pay.
